At an event put on by BCF insurance group Jacy spoke to an audience of over 100 parents and teen drivers. The audience included one of nurses who kept Jacy alive during her first treacherous night in the Reading Trauma Hospital who brought her 15 year old daughter to learn safe driving skills.
